Terms of Service

Effective May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026

These are the terms between you and E2 Solutions (BC Sole Proprietorship, FM1106808) for using Command Center. We've tried to keep them short and readable. By signing up, paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

The service

Command Center is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps small service businesses manage leads, customer communications, pipeline, content marketing, and reviews. The exact features available evolve as we ship updates. We'll give reasonable notice before removing a feature you depend on.

Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must own or be authorized to act on behalf of the business you're using Command Center for.
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us right away if you suspect they've been compromised.

Pricing and payment

  • Standard pricing is $500/month per business plus a $2,000 one-time setup fee. Pricing is in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Founding-member pricing of $250/month + $1,000 setup applies only to the first five clients (locked in 2026-05-11). This rate is permanent for those five — we won't raise it on you.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. We'll charge your card on file via Stripe each billing cycle.
  • If a payment fails, we'll email you and try again over the next 7 days. After that, the account may be suspended until payment is resolved. You won't lose your data during a suspension.
  • You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has started.

What you own

Your data is yours. Your contacts, customers, photos, posts, messages, pipeline records — you own all of it. You can export it as CSV + JSON from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export before we permanently delete it.

Your leads are 100% yours. We don't sell them, share them, or use them for any purpose other than what you've configured.

What we own

The Command Center platform — the software, the design, the brand, the documentation — is owned by E2 Solutions. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform while your subscription is active. You don't get rights to copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the software.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Command Center to:

  • Send spam or messages to people who haven't consented to receive them. You're responsible for complying with CASL (Canada), CAN-SPAM (US), and any other applicable law.
  • Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise illegal communications.
  • Post content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property of others.
  • Use Command Center for any activity that violates the terms of a connected service (e.g., posting in a way that violates Facebook's policies on your own page).
  • Attempt to access another client's account or data, probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service to compete with us by offering the same product to others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For minor or accidental issues, we'll reach out before taking action.

Your responsibilities for compliance

When you send messages or post content through Command Center, YOU are the sender from a legal perspective. That means:

  • You're responsible for having proper consent from your customers (express or implied) under CASL/CAN-SPAM.
  • You're responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests — we provide the mechanism, you provide the will to respect it.
  • For daycare/preschool clients posting content with children: you're responsible for obtaining parental consent. The platform's consent-aware photo gate helps enforce this, but the legal responsibility is yours.
  • For Google reviews and similar: you must follow Google's policies and FTC guidance — no review gating, no fake reviews, no incentivized reviews unless properly disclosed.

Connected accounts

When you connect a third-party account (Facebook Page, Google Business Profile, etc.), you're granting Command Center permission to act on your behalf only for the actions you've configured. We won't do anything with those connections outside the platform's explicit features.

You can revoke any connection at any time, either from your Command Center dashboard or directly at the source service. See runcommandcenter.ca/security for direct revocation links.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee 100%. We use modern cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) and monitor for issues, but outages happen. If a third-party service we depend on has an outage (Meta API, Twilio, etc.), parts of Command Center may be temporarily unavailable.

We'll communicate planned maintenance in advance and post status updates during incidents.

Disclaimers

Command Center is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet specific business outcomes (more leads, more reviews, more revenue). We work hard to make a great product but we can't promise specific results.

AI-generated content (post drafts, blog drafts, customer messages) is generated by Claude and other AI models. We provide an approval flow precisely because AI output should always be reviewed before publishing. You're responsible for what gets published from your account.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Command Center is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

This isn't us trying to weasel out — it's standard SaaS practice. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll work to fix it.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We can terminate your account if:

  • You materially breach these terms.
  • You don't pay after we've made reasonable attempts to collect.
  • We discontinue the service entirely (we'd give at least 90 days notice and help you export your data).

On termination, you have 30 days to export your data, then we delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes get notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Command Center after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, you can cancel before they take effect with a prorated refund of the current month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in BC. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us goes to the courts of British Columbia.
